Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.
If a package is returned to Madeleines Mane due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the USPS when it leaves the warehouse.

United States Postal Service (USPS)
USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.
